ONGOING PROJECTS

Peachgrove Estate, Ofada
This is a 300 unit gated estate along Owode-Ofada road in Ogun State, Nigeria. The first set of 150 units is slated for delivery by 3rd quarter 2009. The Ogun State Government is also considering a PPP with Compera to develop additional units on this project.

Compera/ Lagos State Government Housing PPP
Compera under a Public Private Partnership with the Lagos State Government is developing over 3500 units in Majidun and Itokin Road in Ikorodu and Oko Orisan in Epe areas of Lagos State, Nigeria. Two of these locations are water front properties that will be developed with park-and-ride jetties that will give direct access to the Lagos Island CBD within 25 minutes by water transportation. Preliminary construction is expected to commence by 3rd quarter 2009.

Ajorosun Estate, Ibadan
Compera and the Akinyele Local Government of Oyo State are currently finalizing a PPP for the development of over 400 acres of land into residential development and serviced plots.  Akinyele Local Government is the largest municipal council in Oyo State of Nigeria.  Work on Ajorosun Estate is expected to commence by 2nd quarter 2009.
